(Hybrid Mode)
12th- 14th September, 2025
Organised by
Department of Electrical Engineering (EE) and Department of Electrical & Electronics
Engineering (EEE)
Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, India
in collaboration with
ISTINYE UNIVERSITY, ISTANBUL
Energy is the backbone of human civilization. Till date the global energy needs
are met up by fossil fuels. However, harnessing energy from fossil fuels and such usage is not a
sustainable solution. To get the full benefit of environment friendly renewable energies, key
technologies need to be developed which requires a collaborative effort across the globe. Moreover,
the
implementation of renewable energy systems needs to address associated socio-economic problems along
with the technological challenges and require a worldwide reconsideration of the energy business and
strategy.
Towards this aim, the 5th International Conference on Innovations in Energy Management and Renewable
Resources, IEMRE, 2025, to be organized by the department of Electrical Engineering(NBA Accredited)
&
Electrical and Electronics Engineering of Institute of Engineering & Management, Kolkata, on hybrid
mode following IEMRE 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. The goal of this conference is to assemble eminent
researchers
across the world to introduce advances in renewable energy generation, storage, management, policy
and
interfacing with smart grids and to bring up an environment conducive to exchange ideas and
thoughts.
This gathering will likewise give an ideal situation to grow new coordinated efforts and meet
specialists on the referenced fields. The hallmark of this conference is renowned speakers,
discussing
about the latest strategies, and most recent progressions in the field of Renewable Energy.
Institute of Engineering & Management was established as the first self-financed engineering college in the state of West Bengal at Kolkata in 1989. Since the Institute has been socially accredited as the best self-financed engineering institute of West Bengal and admits top ranking students. The Institute achieved Grade A by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The institute runs full time four year B.Tech course in Computer Science Engineering and it's allied departments(CSE, CSE(AIML), CSE(AI), CSE(IOT), CSE(IOTCSBT), CSBS), Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering. The institute also runs full time (2 years) M.Tech courses in CSE, ECE and IT. Not only engineering courses the Institute has Under Graduate and Post Graduate degree in Management.
